LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is a creative workshop methodology designed by LEGO® that stimulates new processes in the brain. Using specially designed LEGO® sets, participants build practical models of their ideas and thoughts that are often difficult to put into words.

By combining thinking and motor skills, new potentials are activated, and processes are visualised in 3D. This innovative training technique promotes teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving and is ideal for simply visualising complex topics such as CRM.

Structure of our innovative CRM workshops

We understand how exhausting and tough traditional workshops can be, so we deliberately design our CRM workshops to be innovative and as short as possible. That's why we focus on 5 to 6 hours filled with creativity, action, and fun instead of dry theory.

1. Getting to Know Each Other

The workshop begins with an informal get-together in a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone, including the organisers, briefly introduces themselves and their expectations, which creates trust and builds the foundation for a productive collaboration. This is especially important for participants from different departments.

2. Introduction & Excercise

Before going into depth, there is a brief introduction into the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. The participants can familiarise themselves with the method with a small exercise.

3. Analysis of Current Situation

After the introduction phase, we identify 2 to 3 relevant questions for your company. These will help analyse your company's current situation and determine the focus for the rest of the workshop. This means that each workshop is customised and tailored specifically to your company's needs. 

4. Teamwork & Solution-finding

The participants are split into individual teams and start working on building solutions with the help of LEGO® to address the issues raised. This process helps recognise the company's weak points and potentials whilst promoting and strengthening team cooperation.

5. Discussion & Reflection

After building their models, each team presents and discusses various solutions together, debating advantages and disadvantages.

6. Lunch break

It's half-time. A well-deserved break gives everyone the opportunity to relax, exchange ideas, and recharge their batteries for the second half of the CRM workshop.

7. Presentation of the Results

The results are summarised in the afternoon and presented on the projector. This provides an overview of the findings, which serves as a basis for concluding discussions.

8. CRM Demo & Conclusion

At the end of the workshop, we create and present a mini demo of your CRM tool. This will include an initial approach to solving one of the challenges that has been previously identified. The workshop concludes with an actionable plan that you can implement. Finally, we take pictures of the LEGO® models and of the participants, if desired.

CEO & Founder

Katharina is largely responsible for the fact that kkvision can write so many success stories with its customers. Because without Katharina as Founder and Managing Director, kkvision would not exist at all. After studying Media Informatics, she started out as an entrepreneur in the field of CRM and Marketing Automation.

Katharina not only keeps an eye on the big picture, but also on each individual project and the needs of each customer and employee. As a supervisor, she supports new project managers with her experience and provides important creative food-for-thought when problems arise.

Outside of work, Katharina appreciates good food and creativity. She has already recreated one Picasso piece or the other, with Lego. She also always looks forward to loud engine noise and squeaking rubber when Formula 1 does its laps on race weekends.

Luca Körner

CTO & Managing Director

Luca is the Chief Technical Officer and Managing Director at kkvision. So, it's no surprise that he chose to pursue a career in the technical field right from the start. Before studying IT, Luca had already exerted the Event Technician trade, with a focus on audio and frequency technology. After graduating, he devoted himself primarily to IT security.

Luca is a thinker and leader. As a Project Manager, he gives each project the structure and dynamic it needs to achieve the best possible result in the most effective way. His cross-industry project experience, but above all in the area of software solutions and CRM, gives him the sovereignty that is important in large projects.

Luca is also a pack of energy in his free time. Sailing or climbing is the best way for him to relax, after a hard day's work. He is also considered a friend of cultivated music.

Dimitar Mihaylov

Administrator & Developer

As an IT administrator and developer, Dimitar skillfully implements all customer requests in various projects. He is very familiar with the areas of Marketing Automation and the administration of CRM systems, as well as Web Development.

Dimitar acquired the technical basics during his Computer Science studies at the renowned RWTH Aachen University. As a student assistant, he took his first steps in the world of work. After graduating, he also gained initial project experience as a Developer. He has been contributing his expert knowledge to kkvision since September 2022.

Even in his free time, Dimitar rarely stands still. Whether on the tennis court, in the gym, or while hiking - there is always movement. However, Dimitar also appreciates relaxing with good music or a brilliant film and gaining strength and inspiration for the next project.

As an accomplished project manager and developer, Sebastian is the driving force behind our projects. His professional career is characterized by extensive experience in business development and management. Within his exciting career, he specialized in web development and independently developed a variety of SaaS systems.
 
Sebastian has been a founder, web developer and programmer for almost 20 years and is an absolute expert in his field. His extensive knowledge and skills ensure that the projects he leads always meet the high expectations of our clients. In doing so, he continually proves himself as a leader with vision, solution orientation and team spirit.
 
In his spare time, Sebastian enjoys the van life and spending time with his children. He is also passionate about anything with screens or cables, which underlines his passion for technology.

Kezia Adesanya

Administrator & Developer

As an IT administrator and developer, Kezia ensures the smooth implementation of customer requirements in various projects. Her specialty includes Marketing Automation and Web Development. But also the modeling of databases for the optimal use of CRM and CMS software, as well as system administration, are part of it.

Kezia was able to acquire expertise in the field of software development as well as in the field of Project Management in the Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering and Management, and has already brought this knowledge to bear in many projects. As a true "techie" you can feel her passion for her work. In a good mood and always motivated, Kezia is always available to customers and her team.

In her free time, Kezia likes to hit the dance floor. Either classic with salsa, or a little wilder with raves. Besides music, Kezia also enjoys other forms of art, most notably colorful anime.

Tilman von Werthern

Operating Manager

As Operating Manager, Tilman is responsible for the implementation and supervision of marketing automation processes. He acts as an absolute specialist both as a Developer and as a Project Manager. Even the most complex sales pipelines are in good hands with him.

Tilman learned the theoretical basics primarily during his Computer Science studies. He then worked on various projects in the field of app and web development. Together with kkvision, he discovered and deepened his current specialty of CRM system administration and marketing automation. Because Tilman just can't quench his thirst for knowledge, he's currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science.

Even in his free time, Tilman doesn't want to completely rest. This is not only due to his passion for coffee, but above all to his various sporting activities, above all racing bikes, bouldering and sailing.

The length of the workshop is personalised and depends on the number of participants and the initial situation. However, our CRM workshop typically takes about 4 to 5 hours to complete. 

Where does the workshop take place?

You decide. On request, the workshop can take place remotely or on-site (anywhere in Germany).

How much does the workshop cost?

Due to the numerous individual influencing factors such as initial situation, number of participants, location, etc., it is not possible to give a specific price at this point. However, we will be happy to provide you with our estimate in a free information session.

How do we prepare for the workshop?

No preparation is needed. If the workshop takes place remotely, each participant will receive a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® set by post in advance. Otherwise, all you need to bring along is your enthusiasm.
