Because without Katharina as Founder and Managing Director, kkvision would not exist at all. After studying Media Informatics, she started out as an entrepreneur in the field of CRM and Marketing Automation.

Katharina not only keeps an eye on the big picture, but also on each individual project and the needs of each customer and employee. As a supervisor, she supports new project managers with her experience and provides important creative food-for-thought when problems arise.

Outside of work, Katharina appreciates good food and creativity. She has already recreated one Picasso piece or the other, with Lego. She also always looks forward to loud engine noise and squeaking rubber when Formula 1 does its laps on race weekends.

Luca is the Chief Technical Officer and Managing Director at kkvision. So, it's no surprise that he chose to pursue a career in the technical field right from the start. Before studying IT, Luca had already exerted the Event Technician trade, with a focus on audio and frequency technology. After graduating, he devoted himself primarily to IT security.

Luca is a thinker and leader. As a Project Manager, he gives each project the structure and dynamic it needs to achieve the best possible result in the most effective way. His cross-industry project experience, but above all in the area of software solutions and CRM, gives him the sovereignty that is important in large projects.

Luca is also a pack of energy in his free time. Sailing or climbing is the best way for him to relax, after a hard day's work. He is also considered a friend of cultivated music.

As Operating Manager, Tilman is responsible for the implementation and supervision of marketing automation processes. He acts as an absolute specialist both as a Developer and as a Project Manager. Even the most complex sales pipelines are in good hands with him.

Tilman learned the theoretical basics primarily during his Computer Science studies. He then worked on various projects in the field of app and web development. Together with kkvision, he discovered and deepened his current specialty of CRM system administration and marketing automation. Because Tilman just can't quench his thirst for knowledge, he's currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science.

Even in his free time, Tilman doesn't want to completely rest. This is not only due to his passion for coffee, but above all to his various sporting activities, above all racing bikes, bouldering and sailing.

Nicole is an experienced project manager at kkvision, combining a bachelor's degree in management with extensive project management experience. Her many years of experience make her an indispensable asset to our team. Nicole is not only characterised by her professional expertise, but also by her excellent communication skills with our customers. In every situation, she finds the right ideas and words to ensure effective collaboration and fulfil customer expectations.

With Nicole on board, we are not only in the best position professionally, but also personally. Her broad range of skills and her balanced lifestyle make her a key figure in our team.
Her passion for project management is not only evident in her professional life, but also in her free time. Here she spends her time with Pico, her faithful dog, and enjoys sporting hobbies such as kitesurfing, horse riding and long walks. These activities not only provide a vitalising balance, but also encourage her creativity and determination in her project work.

As an IT administrator and developer, Kezia ensures the smooth implementation of customer requirements in various projects. Her specialty includes Marketing Automation and Web Development. But also the modeling of databases for the optimal use of CRM and CMS software, as well as system administration, are part of it.

Kezia was able to acquire expertise in the field of software development as well as in the field of Project Management in the Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering and Management, and has already brought this knowledge to bear in many projects. As a true "techie" you can feel her passion for her work. In a good mood and always motivated, Kezia is always available to customers and her team.

In her free time, Kezia likes to hit the dance floor. Either classic with salsa, or a little wilder with raves. Besides music, Kezia also enjoys other forms of art, most notably colorful anime.

As an IT administrator and developer, Dimitar skillfully implements all customer requests in various projects. He is very familiar with the areas of Marketing Automation and the administration of CRM systems, as well as Web Development.

Dimitar acquired the technical basics during his Computer Science studies at the renowned RWTH Aachen University. As a student assistant, he took his first steps in the world of work. After graduating, he also gained initial project experience as a Developer. He has been contributing his expert knowledge to kkvision since September 2022.

Even in his free time, Dimitar rarely stands still. Whether on the tennis court, in the gym, or while hiking - there is always movement. However, Dimitar also appreciates relaxing with good music or a brilliant film and gaining strength and inspiration for the next project.

As a web developer, Manuel skilfully implements customer wishes in various projects. He is particularly familiar with the development and design of websites. He also brings other skills such as video editing, graphic design and presentations to our team.

Manuel holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Media Informatics from Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, one of the leading universities for applied sciences in Germany. In addition to his studies, Manuel was self-employed and therefore has a wealth of experience in the complete lifecycle of website development. It is above all the combination of creativity and solution-orientated work that sets him apart.

In addition to his passion for technology, Manuel has found another passion for alpacas. Together with his fiancée, he already breeds these fascinating animals very successfully. He also appreciates good food and spending time with family and friends. This provides him with a good balance and constant new inspiration for his projects.

Maciej is also part of provem and supports kkvision primarily in the area of "Search Engine Optimization". No keyword potential remains hidden from him, no performance analysis is thorough enough for him. As a marketing all-rounder and project manager, he is always reliable and competent in his dealings with customers and team members.

His career as a freelance Online Marketer ultimately led him to found a digital agency that, as a partner of kkvision, stands for absolute quality work. Self-taught knowledge from the fields of IT, Psychology and Marketing prepare the perfect mix for Maciej to be able to choose the optimal strategies.

Maciej likes it loud, at least when he covers a few kilometers on his motorbike. He also likes to trade in his motorcycle gear for sports clothes when he has to lift a few weights in the gym again. When dancing, the filigree side comes to the fore.

David and his company provem are partners of kkvision, and regularly support us in various projects. David stands out in particular as an absolute expert in the areas of marketing automation and SEO. He is available to kkvision both as a project employee and as an experienced Project Manager.

When he was still at school, David chose to focus on IT. He has already been able to work on projects for well-known global players in the IT sector.

In addition to his job, David likes to devote himself to books. But in order to relieve your head, one sports unit or the other should not be missing.

As an experienced CRM enthusiast, consultant and project manager, Ben is involved in various CRM projects. His area of expertise covers Microsoft Dynamics CE in particular, but he also has knowledge of other CRM systems. Ben attaches particular importance to a clear structure and architecture of the systems, while at the same time optimizing and automating processes.

Through his certification as a Professional Scrum Master, Ben is familiar with the principles of agile working methods. Even if not all projects can run according to the "Scrum Guide" in reality, he likes to use Scrum as a framework and adapts it to the needs of his team.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys balancing screen time by spending time in the garden and tending to his lawn. Being out in nature and relaxing is important to him. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends eating out, enjoying moments together and catching up.

Eddie is an experienced NAVISION freelancer who has gained extensive expertise in commercial software development and sales through his previous roles as Head of Software Development and Head of IT. A dedicated entrepreneur, he has previously set up his own business with his own product, successfully applying his deep understanding of IT processes and strategies to meet his clients' needs.

Eddie's professional background is characterized by his ability to develop innovative solutions that are both efficient and user-friendly. His dedication and technical savvy have helped him provide customized software solutions that support the operations and growth of self-employed professionals in the trades.

To stay fit, Eddie pursues his passion for the sport of volleyball, where he is not only active as a player, but also as a coach for a recreational volleyball team. In addition, he can be found all over Germany on his bike, which he likes to use as a balance for several-day tours across Germany.
