- You take on the interface responsibility for innovation, support and maintenance of business areas within Salesforce platforms, and work together with the departments involved.
- You create functional and technical documentation
- You advise on application solutions
- You are the trend-setting person for architects & developers
- You have project part responsibility in terms of cost/benefit of development or implementation
- You coordinate integration tests
- You estimate project scopes, set milestones and drive the process forward
- You form the bridge between the company and the development team
- You oversee and control the platforms and procedures
- You are responsible for change management, and ensure the introduction of new functionalities and applications in Salesforce
- You create user stories & project plans
- You have an advisory function for process optimization
